HIGH CONFIGURATION AND EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE
This equipment employs a Yanmar engine that meets the Tier4F emission requirements. No tail gas processor is needed. It is small in size, high in reliability, easy to maintain and low in maintenance cost. The torque curve is smooth, the low-speed torque reserve is sufficient, and the power is excellent.
All hydraulic components are of world famous brands. The latest technological achievements are employed for this product. It is efficient in energy, accurate in control, small in impact, and able to maintain powerful excavation capacity and excellent working efficiency. This product uses a new generation throttling hydraulic system which is refueled by more than 1 pump. After exhaustive testing this product optional digging efficiency and optimal composite action coordination, so that full play can be given to the
multi-pump system.
The new color liquid crystal monitor with a large screen fits in better with ergonomics. Instruments can show full information. This equipment enjoys more automatic control functions. It can diagnose fault causes automatically, so the troubleshooting time can be reduced soundly.
The front working device can deviate leftwards by 75°and rightwards by 50°. The excavator can dig parallel to the wall of a building. The ultra-small rear turning radius ensures the rear never moves beyond the track in the course of 360° rotation. So you may rest assured that the rear will not collide with the barrier even when the excava tor works in a narrow space.
HIGH-QUALITY DRIVING
The left and right rear columns in the new-type cab are concealed and pleasing to eye. The cab is equipped with large high-strength stalinite, which provides wide view. There is a lamp on the ceiling, so that working at night is not a problem. In front of the cab are two side mirrors, which allow the diver to observe the rear easily, thus ensuring operational safety.
The comfort of the late-model seat has been further improved, which can help ease the driver’s fatigue during long-time operation.
There is a rubber damper respectively in front of and behind the cab, so that cab vibration can be reduced as a
whole. This can improve driving comfort.

ROBUST, EFFICIENT AND DURABLE
Brand-new working devices
The large-stressed parts, e.g. swing arm and bucket rod, have been locally strengthened by adjusting the structure and dispersing the stress in order to extend the service life. The new-type bucket is reduced in depth, which expedites the unloading speed.
Intensified chassis
The chassis assembly is superior to the counterparts of the same size, so that the excavator is more stable as a whole. The chassis is in an X frame. The rib plates inside the under structure are reinforced, which results in a box with a large section, thus enjoying good bearing capacity. Therefore, the weight of the superstructure can be exerted onto the track beam, thus successfully alleviating local stress concentration on the track beam.
ADDITIONAL CONFIGURATION
According to the actual working conditions, User may configure anti-falling anti-rolling cab, breaking hammer and pipeline, mechanical quick changer, hydraulic quick changer, rotary excavating drill, rock grab, hydraulic vibrating tamper and steel track, etc.
CONVENIENT MAINTENANC-E-
The cab can turn forwards by 35°, so that it is easy to troubleshoot the engine and its accessories, main valve, rotary motor and central solid of revolution. After the cab turns, the engine, starting motor, silencer, and electric and hydraulic system can be repaired quickly for the reason that the rear hood can be opened fully.
After the rear hood is opened, it is very easy to maintain the diesel filter and the oil filter, check and add oil and air conditioner refrigerant.
After the hood on the right is opened, it is very easy to maintain air conditioner filter, coolant filler, expansion tank, master power switch, air conditioner dryer and battery, etc.
